Erection

Erection and commissioning including carriage upto the site of 8.0 Mtr long PCC Pole direct in earth i/c excavation, back filling & ramming etc as reqd.(the Pole should be buried 1/6th.of their length) as per Technical specification.

Carriage of line materials such as cable, AAC AAAC, ACSR, GI Wire, cross-arm, stay set, insulator etc. by Mechanical Transport from agency's store yard, Udaipur to different work site including loading / unloading & stacking as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Upto the lead range 25KM

Beyond 25 KM upto the lead of 50KM

Maintaining adequate clearance from overhead live conductors by Trimming of tree branches for Way Leaves .

Erection of stay set including anchor plate (300x300x8mm), nut bolts, turn buckles, 1.8m long 16mm dia. Solid GS Stay rod, Thimble complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Erection & commissioning of shackle insulator of size 75mm x 90mm /100mm x 15mm with straps & bolts/U clamp on poles

Laying & Stringing & commissioning of 1KM (Single Conductor) ACSR 6/1/2.59 mm dia 'WEASEL' including hoisting & binding etc. Complete as required.

Erection of fabricated M.S.Angle Cross-Arm bracket for LT Line, upto 1.2Mtr. Long of 50 x 50 x6mm

Fabrication of all size of MS channel / MS Angle /MS Flat as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage of 8.0mtr long PCC Pole by Mechanical Transport from Agency's store yard, Udaipur/Amarpur to different work site under 4nos ESD including loading / unloading & stacking etc. as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Upto the lead range 25KM

Beyond 25 KM upto the lead of 50KM

Providing Single Phase Service Connection to the un-electrified households which are located within 35 Meters from the nearest LT pole by laying of PVC cable supported by GI wire, reel insulator i/c. fitting fixing of energy meter including supply & erection of wooden meter board (12x15 inch)
