Hire and labour charges for providing stalls using GI sheet roofing over GI pipe frames and posts (both hangers and ordinary type) at suitable spacing and side partitions covered with GI sheets and entire top & sides covered with white cloth, frills etc complete for 7 days including cost of conveyance loading, unloading etc and removing the same after the function is over. Providing stages with 25mm thick plywood for performance with GI frames in line and level. The stage shall have a height from 0.45 m upto 1.5m as directed with stairs, ramps, vinyl/flex/carpet flooring etc complete for 7 days as required for the show. There shall be stairs and ramp (two nos each) to the stage for front entry and rear entry.

Labour charges for cleaning and setting all chairs .etc complete (quote rate per day) for 6 days
