3. Project Management Consultancy Services for Work Construction of Tourism Information cum culture center at Nathdwara under Swadesh Darshan Yojna, Nathdwara.

Amount

The PMC shall assist the client with the administration of the contract. This will include but not be limited to: • PMC will monitor the activities leading to the construction of building and developments on site. All the activities related to monitoring till the completion of building will be taken care of by PMC. • PMC will monitor the construction work according to briefs, designs, concepts, preliminary & detailed designs, estimates & BOQ. • PMC will coordinate with the contractor for timely execution/completion of the project based on functional requirement of Nagar Palika, Nathdwara. • The PMC will supervise the construction work to ensure adherence to the drawings, prescribed high standards of quality and timely completion of the project. • PMC shall verify the quality control and shall put in place such measures as are essential for ensuring regular on-site quality checks. Provision shall be made for third party test of materials and any equipment (preferably from a NABL Lab.). • Preparing Construction and Operation Monthly Progress Reports in agreed formats for project in suitable project monitoring software, including physical and financial progress, reports on variations, time-extensions, problems and issues etc. • Regularly monitoring physical and financial progress against the milestones. • Examining Contractors’ claims for payment bills, time extensions, variations, additional compensation etc. and recommending appropriate decisions; • Monitoring the performance of the contractors during the Project period.
