Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Solar water heating system flat plate collector type with based on pressurized with heat exchange of capacity 150 litre per day size of collector 2000x1500x150mm, no of collector 01, hot water tank SS304 30mm, inbuilt of electrical heating back up, 50MM PUF insulated hot water tank outer tank GI power coted, including foundation for solar water heater, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) Conforming to IS 12701-1996 hoisted and fixed over roof top including foundation for water tank of 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting steel tubing of existing GI pipe line 25 mm bore for alternation and addition and insert new tee for branch connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay over wall or surface hot water pipe 15mm bore line duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding with all accessories completed all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and lay over wall or surface medium class grade 25mm dia GI pipes with all fittings laid in trenches completed all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and lay over wall or surface hot water pipe grade 20mm dia GI pipes with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F 25mm dia stop valve cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 15mm dia pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts. Screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for MCB, DBs, phosphatised, Powder coated , single pole and neutral (SPN) 240 Volt , single door, suitable for 2 way with din rail earth and neutral bar all as specified and as directed.

S&F in proper position MCB Double Pole of capacity upto 32 Amps, 240 Volts C-series with 10kA breaking capacity all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of 6.0 sq mm size and drawing into and including concealed PVC conduit of 25 mm dia with earthing cable of PVC insulated un-sheathed stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sqmm, single core, as earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: 3 runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC concealed conduit 25mm dia will be measured as one unit i.e. RM)

M&L for Framed brackets of angle iron, flat iron, made to shape required including welding etc as frame work for water tank, conforming to Fe-410 or Fe-310-O including MS sheet base painting all as specified and as directed.
