Renewal of wornout fabric/ cloth from the existing chair writing by replacing it with new febric/ cloth the colour of texture and shade as approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge as per the dimension, shape and size shall be as per drawing.

Renewal of broken foam and plywood upholstered with 50mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric ( cloth of approved colour and shade ) and moulded polyether foam with PVC lipping around, the polyether foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic meter thickness and hardness 20+20 on Hemp den machine.

Renewal of broken arm rest by replacing it with new arm rest made of black integral skin the arm rest as per drawing, the armrest made of polyurethane with 75-85 shore ‘A’ hardness and reinforced with MS-Inert ie shall be scratch and weather renitent both hand rest section to have stage towards front.

Welding of all broken joint of mild steel tubular surface with gas welding, all joint fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specification.

Spray painting of mild steel tubular frame with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of worn-out rubber stopper with the new rubber stopper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair CB Steel With Arms (FD-75M) Taking out old following unsv components of chair CB Steel With Arms and replacement with new components as per shape and size of original, complete all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of unserviceable/ broken mild steel support cleat with new cleat of mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm, 535 mm long (2 No's for each chair ) with gas welding under seat frame, front and back duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as shown in drg and as directed.

Renewal of unservicable seat with new seat made of well seasoned sheesham wood duly canned with half round polythene cane 2.5mm wide 0.4mm thick in Godrej pattern, cross band and border with 3.5 mm wide 0.5 mm thick fixed with suitable mild steel nuts and bolts of size 70mm X 6mm with washers all as shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of unservicable back with new back made of well seasoned sheesham wood duly canned with half round polythene cane 2.5mm wide 0.4mm thick in Godrej pattern, cross band and border with 3.5 mm wide 0.5 mm thick fixed with suitable mild steel nuts and bolts of size 70mm X 6mm with washers all as shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of existing unserviceable / broken arms rest with new arms rest made to shape and size of chair, factory made out of well seasoned hard wood shesham wood duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black pait over a coat of pink primer complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Chair Computer (FD/ E6/ MAP/ 01) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of computer chair by replacing the same with new all as per drgs or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Renewal of broken/ unsv twin wheel castors with the new twin wheel castors (01 set of wheel assembly) (05 wheels) all as per drawing/directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Renewal of broken/ unsv pedestal assembly with complete set of pedestal assembly injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon 10.5mm dia forged bright zine plated MS castor pin is press fettering to each pron for holding the castors its 600mm pitch centre dia all as per drawing/directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Renewal of unsv/tilting mechanism with new tilting mechanism, forward tilt, self regulating tilt tension + manual over ride, 4 position tilt lock. Anti-shock back mechanism to prevent back rest from hitting the user when the lock released, 360 swivel mechanism to allow fluid catered movement all as per drawing/directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Renewal of unsv/ broken gas lifting mechanism maintenance free environmental friendly, chrome free cylinder tube shall be fixed in a MS black powder coated outer central column tube 38mm dia and 2mm thick. It shall have 100mm stroke length and gas pressure of 300 force should under go as inspect tact.

Renewal of broken handle set, handle make up of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.

Renewal of broken/ unsv PVC base (5 leg) of chair complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of unsv/ worn-out foam on top of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered polyurethane foam. The back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lapping all foam shall be of 40 density and 50mm thickness.

Replacement of worn-out fabric and PVC lapping with new fabric as the colour of fabric approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge. The fabric material shall be of acrylic, polyester, poly-viscose, polypropylene; the PVC lapping all around the foam and fabric.

Charpoy IP hard top (MAP) (FD/ MAP/ II/01) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of CHARPOY by replacing the same with new all as per drgs or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Renewal of plywood top by providing 12 mm thick, 7ply grade BWR Type BB, ISI marked conforming to IS-303, commercial face plywood having size as per drawing fixed with 8mm dia round headed countor shunk bolts, 65mm long with nuts and washers including making/ drilling holes in the frame of GI pipe, 3 No's each on long rail and 2 No's each on short rail of each charpoy complete all as shown on drawings and as directed. Make:- kiptly/ National.

Welding of broken joints with gas welding/ rivetting/ nut, bolts & washer and denting of all irregular shapes at all side of charpoy, making correct shape and size and applying one coat of OG/ black/ white/ grey synthetic enamelled paints of approved quality by spray gun on steel surfaces after preparing the steel surfaces including smoothing the whole surface with emery paper, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
