Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as perdirection of Engineer in charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (30 mm size) excluding shuttering In ground floor and foundation. (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Supplying and laying cement Concrete channel 300x300x100 mm as per drawing of m 25 Grade ready mix concrete on 150 mm thick foundation of ordinary M 15 grade concrete having 50 mm projection beyond the channel (One side) complete as per Direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of interlocking concrete block pavements(ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No 3.26 of IS: 1568) and specified size and shape with aspect ratio the ratio of length t othickness of a paver block, as per cl.no.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per table 2 of IS: 1568 with flexural strength/breaking load as per annexure g of IS:1568, on the prepared base as certified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63 2018 or else as of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the building sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) paver block with joint filling sand and completing the edges with cut blocks as per CL.No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 60 mm thick i) Color Decorative

Labour for fitting and fixing 10cm to 13cm diameter Salbullah ties and runners including necessary nails,bolts and nuts.

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (iii) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 5 km. but not exceeding 10 km. including cost of carried earth.

Supplying empty cement bags in good condition and filling with dry earth annd stitching,carrying placing in position.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In foundation and plinth

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. i) Ground floor

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 ( 8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%, one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc., including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50m lift upto 1.5m complete. Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees ( Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i.e. exposed height including all leads & lift, carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc. For Hedge plant. xiv) Acalypha species ( Red/Green) of height 30cm-90cm in earthen pots of size 25cm.

ii) Rangon chineese of size not less than 20cm

Maintanance of trees for one year (Avenue Plants) including watering, trimming, manuring, spraying insecticide and guarding as required. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.

A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (i) Two coats (with any shade except white)
