(i) Earth enhancing soil treatment chemical compound/ Ground Enhancement material (GEM)having essential chemical ingredients, such as ionic chemicals, dispersion chemicals, expansion chemicals & hygroscopic chemicals to provide stable low resistance for earth terminal to make maintenance free- 25 Kg/each bag - 06 Nos.
(ii) Advance Earth enhancing soil treatment chemical compound/ Conductive backfill compound having essential chemical ingredients, such as ionic chemicals, diffusion chemicals, dispersion chemical, expansion chemicals & hygroscopic chemicals to provide stable low resistance for earth terminal to make maintenance free- 25 Kg/each bag - 06 Nos.
(iii) Supply and laying of Copper strip of size width 25 mm x Thickness 6 mm, horizontally in a trench at a depth of 600 mm below the surface level to interconnect the multiple earth electrodes with embedding of strip in high quality chemicals upto 3m for interconnection between electrodes and then cover the horizontal trench with sieved / fresh field / agricultural soil and dress to a level surface.

| 2.01(v) The earthing resistance value for each earthing point must be below 2 ohms as per the user site requirement along with 5 Years warranty. If the earth resistance value exceeds 1 Ohm during the warrenty period, it shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost. Warrenty certificate to be submitted by the contractor against each earthing duly mentioning location and earth resistance value. (vi) If the required value is not achieved, the contractor shall rectify the issue at no additional cost to the department (vii) The contractor is required to deploy a qualified Earthing company engineer to supervise the work from the commencement until completion. In the event the work is carried out without proper supervision from the contractor’s company representative, the contractor will be held fully responsible for any faults, failures, or issues arising during or after the execution of the work. Strict compliance is expected from the contractor to ensure safety and quality standards. (viii) The values must be submitted in the format provided by the Engineer-in-Charge. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all readings are accurate, verified, and documented as per the required format . (ix) Work to be executed under the supervision of manufacturer authorized rep. (x) Warranty certificate to be issued by the manufacturer against every earthing duly mentioning the locations and signed by both contractor and manufacturer. (xi) After satisfactory execution of the earthing work, the accepting officer shall detail a Board of Officers, based on the recommendation of AGE (I), comprising representatives from AGE (I) Kumbhirgram, HQ CWE (AF) Borjhar and 22 WG (AF) (User), to physically verify the earth resistance value on ground. The findings shall be submitted to the Accepting Officer, Upon approval of the earth resistance value by the Accepting Officer, completion will be issued to the contractor by AGE (I). Necessary arrangement for testing including digital earth tester (range 0-10 Ohm) to be done by the contractor .
