Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cover slabs and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) 100 mm internal dia including concrete bed and haunching against the sides of pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) 150 mm internal dia including concrete bed and haunching against the sides of pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) 200/300 mm internal dia including concrete bed and haunching against the sides of pipes complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 7 here in before but for depth exc 1.50 m and not exc 3.00.

Surface dressing around septic tank/filter bed, soak well within fencing n.exc 15 cm deep in hard/ dense soil including cleaning away all grass, vegitations, saplings, shrubs, bushes, weed under growth, roots, trees n.exc 30cm girth etc and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for man holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work as in benching inside manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block / coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in cover slab set and jointed in CM 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcrment steel will be measured and paid seperately.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitred/ stopped ends, forms mould etc, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item No. 18.00 above but 10mm dia and over mild steel round bars for handles / rungs complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with approved water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

S&F in repairs 100 mm dia PTMT grating doom, (min weight 25 gm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal dia complete all as specified and directed.

Opening /Cleaning and making operational the blocked water closet (Indian/orrisa or English type) at any floor including cleaning of traps and CI drain pipe (any type and any position) from WC's/trap to manhole Cleaning and well flushing, pressure pumping, taking out all residues etc and removing the same to out side MD land, burried the same underground in low lying area and covering the same with earth complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage lines of any dia and including man holes (between manhole to manhole and man hole to septic tank) of depth upto 1.50m by rodding with bamboo and gunny bags and removing muck sludge/silt/liquid/night soil (in foul position) and removing the same using sealed tins or sludge removal tankers outside MD land premises and refixing the manhole covers in same position and testing of man holes by filling with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.41.00 here in before but for depth exc 1.5m but not exc 3.00 m.

Cleaning of man hole chamber up to 1.50m depth, cleaning and removing muck sludge/ silt/ liquid mud etc (in foul position), and removing the same using sealed tins or sludge removal tankers to out side MD land premises including removing/ refixing the manhole covers in same position and testing of manholes by filling with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 43.00 here in before but for depth exc 1.50m and not exc 3.00m.

Cleaning of Septic tank, Soak wells by opening covers, removing/ bailing out liquid alongwith floating material sludge from any position in foul conditions by mechinical means by using suction pump, hose pipe and its accessaries shall be mounted on vehicle so that pumping can be easily be carryout and clean the inlets and outlets with water, including removing/placing the covers back in position and disposing off the sludge to outside MD land premises complete including rough excavation for burring the liquid sludge inside the excavated area and levelling the same all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Internal size of septic tank upto existing liquid depth will be measured for payment. (ii) The tenderer has to take cognizance of the approch to septic tank and the length of hose pipe required for pumping the sewage. No extra claim what so ever arising shall be entertained on this account. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Cleaning of Septic tank/Soak well by taking out muck/sludge/silt/mud etc under any position including foul condition manually and disposing off the same in sealed tins to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
