This Schedule is not prepriced by MES and the prepriced rate indicated in Col - 5 as ₹0.00 indicates this fact only. The tenderer is required to quote their rates in Column 6. This Schedule constitutes Sl. Item Nos. 5.00 to 23.00.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-IV CHILLER UNITS Supply , install , commissioning and testing of Air Cooled Scroll Chillers with sliding type capacity control , comprising of multiple Semi - Hermetic Compressors, DX Evaporator, Shell and Tube Condenser and suitable expansion device. The Chiller shall be suitable for operation on R - 407c/R - 410a refrigerants and of nominal capacity 60 TR each to achieve and maintain 24 ± 3 degree centigrade inside temperature and 40 - 65% % RH for ambient conditions of Kalinga Visakhapatnam with equipment, accessories and necessary foundations as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,installation,testing commissioning of PN-16 rated end-suction back pullout type chilled water primary pumps for chilled water pumpset with IE-2 motor and capacity 144 gpm and head 30 m head, bronze impeller mechanical seal with three phase, IP 55 protection class F insulation having speed of 1440 RPM, vibration isolation springs, rubber isolation bellows ,flexible coupling for chilled water circulation including necessary foundation as per OEM recommendation all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted chilled water double skin type horizontal air handling units with inlet EU 3 filter made of 25mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G.I casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8 mm inside layer with olyurethane foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as required, minimum 2 bend GSS/PVC eliminators, cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5mm) cooling coil of 8 row deep, filter section with 50mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic type air prefilters, fresh air damper, relief air damper, belt drive package with TEFC drive motor of efficiency class IE3 suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply suitably designed for varialbe frequency drive applications, drain connections, stainless steel (18G) drain pan with PUF insulation, 150 mm dia. dial type pressure gauges (2 nos.)and industrial type thermometers (2 nos.) at the inlet and outlet of coil, auto purge valve wherever required, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc. complete as per specification and of 20000 CFM capacity with inlet temp 28.1 deg C DB/ 22.6 deg C WB and outlet 12.8 deg DB/ 12.4 deg C WB including necessary foundation and grounding as per OEM recommendation all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing hot water generator with microprocessor based panel with operating at 50 deg C chilled water inlet and 55 deg C hot water outlet with shell & tube evaporator, fouling factor - 0.001 for condensers and 0.0005 for evaporator in FPS units, with soft starter, suitable for remote start/ stop and auto/manual operation of capacity of 12 TR including necessary foundation and grounding as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply assembly, erection, testing & commissioning indoor LT panel board of dust, damp and vermin proof free standing CPRI approved factory built sheet steel enclosed LT main distribution board suitable for 3 ph 415 Volts, 50 Hz fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly spray painted complete aluminium bus bar 600 Amp rating and ribbed with sheet of suitable size complete for heating system to be installed in plant room with the following :- INCOMING : (a) MCCB TPN pole 415 V, 400 Amps with 36 KA - 01 No OUTGOING : (a) MCCB 415 Volts, 4 Pole, 160 Amps 27 KA -03 Nos for 3 x Air cooled chiller (b) MCCB 415 Volts, 4 Pole, 25 Amps 16 KA - 05 Nos. (Outgoing for chiller pumps 03 Nos + 02 Nos for hot water pumps)

Supply and fixing Flow switch for chiller/ heat pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Supply and fixing Temperature controller for heat pumps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of mono block centrifugal pump with Bronze impeller, driven by suitable capacity elect motor for Hot water primary pumps and mixing with flow rate of 7 M3/Hr and 5 mtr head with accessaries including cement foundation, 50mm nitrile rubber insulated, mcroban insulated etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 500 ltrs double layered rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position for closed loop chiller make up tank with 50 mm thick thermocol, chicken wire mesh and 24 gauge aluminium cladding with connecting GI pipe line medium grade of suitable dia pipe line and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installaion testing and commissioning of Auto Airvents 20 mm Dia complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing AHUs with dampers,grill etc and taking to MES store yard at NSTL Visakhapatnam and as directed.

Supply and laying LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 Core 240 Sq.mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 Core 35 Sq.mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 Core 50 Sq.mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 Core 10Sq.mm complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos. 16 to19: Excavation, wherever required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of Schedule "A" Part-III.

Supply & spread natural dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches and punned down complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply & Fix un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250 x 150 x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing surface mounting general purpose aluminium battens with best in class Luminaire efficacy 20 W LED complete with milky white polycarbonate diffuser for glare free efficient light distribution THD <10% complete all as spcified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED base street lamainare 30 W with pressure die cast aluminium housing with Poly carbonate coverand high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 Protection including 40 x 6mm flat iron clamps, nut, bolts, washer with 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade bracket bend to shape not less than 1.2 m long complete all as spcified and directed.
