SEWAGE DISPOSAL Construction of RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below in foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, base slab, Baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole opening with cover connection etc, complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 100 users complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note:- The cost of basement shall be deemded to be inclusive in quoted rate.

Construction of soakage well for 51 to 100 users, 3.25 mtr dia with effective depth as shown on drawings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and laying galavanised Iron pipe of size 80mm dia , medium class , laid in trenches including all kind of fittings all as specified and as directed. Note :- Union of suitable size needs to be provided at every 3 pipe line length and at every turning where elbows fitted and at the place where valves are being fitted.

Supply and laying PP-R pipe of dia 50mm, 3 layer, anti microbial treated, SDR-7.4 (PN 16) type, laid in trenches/fixed in wall or in open wherever directed including all kind of plain/threaded male and female fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Union of suitable size needs to be provided at every 3 length and at every turning where elbows fitted and at the place where valves are being fitted.

Supply and laying PP-R pipe of dia 25mm, 3 layer, anti microbial treated, SDR-7.4 (PN 16) type, laid in trenches/fixed in wall or in open wherever directed including all kind of plain/threaded male and female fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Union of suitable size needs to be provided at every 3 length and at every turning where elbows fitted and at the place where valves are being fitted.

Material and labour for lead joint suitable for spigot and socket pipes and fittings of size 150 mm bore where taping of distrubution pipeline being fitted complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rubber gasket joint suitable for spigot and socket pipes and fittings of size 80 mm bore where CI/DI fittings being used in the valve pit chamber or at the place where ever being directed ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure without damaging the existing road , getting out and disposal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and directed.

M&L for reducer Tee fittings of CI/DI spigot and socket end of all sides of size 150mm x 150mm x 80mm including rubber gasket joint, or any other joint suitable for ground requirement, including excavation, cleaning, returning, filling in and removal of soil from site, if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reducer socket 80mm x 50mm and one x PP-R 50mm brass threaded male and female coupler to reduce the GI pipe of 80mm into 50mm including one PP-R union at the joint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for GI pipe clamps 'U' shaped suitable for pipes 20mm and 25mm including nut/bolts & screws fixing vertically on wall upto Storage tank complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 6.6KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase + 1 Neutral, 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:1180 energy effeciency level 2, of capacity upto 100 KVA, cooling type ONAN oil cooled top up/first filling of oil and testing as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed.

Specification of Transformer:- (a) Cooling type - ONAN oil cooled as per IS 335, BS 148, D 1473, IEC Pub 296 (b) Winding - Copper wound as per ASTM B-49 (c) Air clearance - Min air clearance for HV-HV and LV-LV as per IS 1180 or latest (d) Vector group - DYN-11 (e) Flux density - Should not be more than 1.55 Tesla (f) Star rate - 2 star rated and labelled on the body with colour code, logo etc as per BEE standard (g) Transformer tank shall be constructed robust rectangular shape with wall thickness not less than MS plate supported with adequate Angle iron at all corners, joints etc with healthy fabrication method, painted inside with weather proof oil resistance paint, external body painted with weather proof paint after applying healthy zinc chromite primer. Colour shall be get approved by GE(AF). (h) Radiators - Press fin type (j) Pressure Release Device shall be provided with operating pressure before 0.25 Kg/Cm2 (k) HT/LT bushings shall confirm IS 2099/1973 with standard make (l) HT/LT spindles shall be made up of brass and fitted properly on their respective terminals (m) Silica gel with breather shall be placed at the place where moisture ingress can be avoided to maximum and it must be mentioned in the drawing during approval stage. (n) Oil level guage, Temp guage and pressure guage shall be provided ai the where indicated as per approved drawing.

(ITEM NO 10.31 Contd ...).. NOTE:- (a) All the arrangements for loading unloading and placement on platform shall be made by the contractor. (b) Contractor shall submit test certificate from the manufacturer and CP vouchers before processing the RAR. (c) Contractor shall get the make, specification and drawing approved prior to placing order. (d) Contractor shall arrange factory inspection of transformer before despatching it from factory by the rep of Accepting Officer. (e) All defects shall be rectified at site till the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (f) Testing of transformer at various load factors shall be done at site with the help of OEM technician till achieving satisfactory result at site in front of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) All the HT/LT UG cables shall be properly connected it at their respective terminals without any any contact before testing. (h) Transformer shall be provided with robust lifting hook so that it can be easily lifted for transportation and shifting. (j) Transformer shall be mounted on channel and wheel with stopper pin so it can be moved easily. (k) Transformer foundation of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (L=2.5Mtr, W=2Mtr, H=1.2mtr above GL and 0.75Mtr below GL) is included in quoted rate and the transformer platform shall have adequate steps made up of suitabe masonry. (l) Transformer shall be charged in presence of SEI after completion of installation at site.

M&L Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 Metre long) including two coats of sky blue enamel paint upto 1.5m from PCC foundation and aluminium paint over rest portion of pole over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of Lightening arrestors Expulsion type complete with all fittings,transmission Class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps,11000 Volts incl all clamps, nut & bolts washers and connecting with earthing GI strip/GI wire of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for HT 6.6KV Gang Operated AB (Air Break) switch outdoor type 200 Amp rated vertical mounted, fixed in C channel, rotating movable type, providing operating vertical movable GI pipe of 25 mm bore with locking arrangement, including suitable handle covered with HT insulation, including fixing gang switch on two pole structure by providing GI nut bolts washers etc and providing pad lock complete all as specified and as dircetd.

S&F Expulsion fuse single pole of capacity 6.6 KV, up to 100 Amp, fixed on 2 pole structure and 4 pole structure including insulators mounted on "C "channels made up of Mild Steel complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor on 2 pole structure HT 11 KV for jumpering, extension of bus bar from existing 4 pole structure, proper jointing with suitable clamps and termination with the help of suitable lugs in GODs, Drop Out units, insulators and cable end terminations etc of vessel with permissible sag as per IS rules etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil for the depth not exc 15cm to remove bushes/green grass/medium tree roots etc to make a levelled platform for loose filling.hard core packing of aggregate around the transformer/2pole/4 pole structures etc as per the laid down procedure of HT switch yard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling of hard core packed aggregate exc 63mm but not exc 100mm size , 15 cm thick without gap around the two pole structure and existing transformer/2 pole/4 pole structure for moisture absorption, arc arresting and preventing grass growth around the two pole structure and transformer area where ever loose hard core packing of aggregate is being done including plain cement concrete by using 40mm graded aggregate with standard proprtion and ratio at the place where hard core filling is to be done complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Electrical insulation mat of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 3 mm , IS : 15652/ 2006(LT) , ISI marked with test certificate, Class - A, Working voltage -11 KV , AC Proof voltage - 10 kV for 3 Mints, Dielectric strength - 30kV, One side plain and another side anti skid heat proof acid, alkali and transformer oil proof, Color- Black/Blue complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Marking : Every meter of mat will be marked with class, batch number and brand name.

Cutting the road/hard standing (hard/dense soil) for laying/fixing of pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces by using PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) , getting out and disposal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of surfaces of electric pole including nuts, bolts, clamps, channels etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for numbering LT/HT pole after making circle in black colour paint and writing clearly by using soft brush or with the help of stencil sponge in white colour , width of letter shall be maximum 10mm and height shall be maximum 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Automatic Power factor correction LT capacitor bank made out of CRCA sheet of 3 mm thick panel (MDXL) duty powder coated RAL 7035 capacity 30 KVAR 4 steps of ( 2x10 + 1x5 + 1x2 + 3x1) having following assessories including control wiring with HR FRLS copper wire complete with the following :- (i) Compact modular bolted design, removal side and back panels with option of top and bottom cable entry. M&L for street light bracket 1.5 meter length suitable for LT pole, made out of GI pipe of light grade 32 or 40mm dia size, proper shaped, bent, threaded and drilling holes for wire entry, including MS clamps (02 Nos) of suitable size in proper shape and size complete all as specified and as directed.

ARBORICULTURE Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc 1.5 mtr high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and planting of sapling of plants of palms and mounds plants of different species with height 3 to 4 feet including preparation of ground to required depth and filling of sweet earth, cow dung and watering etc complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Supply and planting of hedges and ground covers of different species including preparation of ground to required depth and filling of sweet earth, cow dung and watering etc complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw and MS cover made of 2mm thick sheet including provision for entry/exit of earth strip complete all directed.

S&F GI tubing of 40mm dia medium grade with all fitting and fixed laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground earth strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Jet Pump with air pipe and delivery pipe of 25mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and 32mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and GM jet assembly capacity 2HP single phase 230V AC complete all as specified and as directed by Enge-in-Charge. .

S&F GI tubing of 25mm dia medium grade with all fitting and fixed laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
