S/R to staff Qtr of RWSD at Tikabali for the year 2025-26

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

16mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Finishing walls with Weather Seal Coat (Two coats) over a coat of cement Primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
