Description of work to be executed
Dismantling the Layer above the Broken/Missing Chajjas, dead lime concrete very carefully with help of chain pulley block after proper documentation and arranging proper row at a suitable distance for reuse, dispose off the dead lime concrete using tractor trolley up to a lead of 200 mts. etc complete.
Reconstructing the missing Architectural stone members like Kangaras/Kaxasana/Chajjas/Jalis using new Dhangadhara sand stones including duly fine dressed, moulding, carving and fixing in 1:1:1 lime, sand, surkhi mortar including processing of lime in traditional manner, pointing, curing, fixing dowels in joints, erection & dismantling of scaffolding, labour and material charges etc complete.
Reconstructing the Architectural stone layer above the chajja using 180% old and 20% new Dhangadhara sand stones including duly fine dressed, moulding, carving and fixing in 1:1:1 lime, sand, surkhi mortar including processing of lime in traditional manner, pointing, curing, fixing dowels in joints, erection & dismantling of scaffolding, labour and material charges etc complete.
Excavation for Laying missing Stone flooring & Apron of Palace & Harem and Tomb in all hard soil and throwing away the excavated earth outside the monument premises by tractor trolley etc. complete.
Laying lime concrete bedding for flooring & Apron of Palace & Harem and Terrace of the Tomb using lime mortar 1:2:4 (one part of lime, two part of coarse sand and four part of brick aggregate) including processing of lime in traditional manner curing, ramming, compacting, finishing including, T & P, material, labour etc complete.
Laying Fine dressed/Machine cut Sand stone Flooring & Apron of Palace & Harem, Tomb and veneering of wall The Great Tank using new plain & smooth old Dhangadhara stones including fixing in 1:1:1 lime, sand, surkhi mortar including curing, pointing, cost of material and labour etc. complete.
