CIVIL WORKS (PART-I)

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil (Hard Soil & Ordinary Soil) within 50m initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including shoring,shuttering, propping bullahs, piling,dewatering from foundation, with & working pumps & staking the excaveted materials away from the working area including rough dressing the bed and foundation tranches to required size including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth ramming etc complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinths with sand well watered and compacted including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, watering, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like Imidacloprid 30.5 % SC or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as Pre-Constructional Anti-termite Treatment confirming to IS 6313 (Part-II) and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. at the rate of 7.5 liters per sqm on vertical surface and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center (or as directed by the manufacturer) including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

( The payment shall be made on the basis of actual plinth area of the building at ground floor and vertical faces will not be measured for payment). Note- The contractor shall have to furnish Ten (10) years guarantees to maintain the anti-termite treated area / structure free from termite. In addition to the 10 years guarantee furnished as above, the contractor shall have to furnish ten years (after certificate of final completion) Bank Guarantee Bond issued by any Nationalized Bank executed in favour of the client as directed in the prescribed proforma available in the tender document for an amount of 10% (ten percent) of cost of this item of work.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:4:8)(using branded cement) in foundation using 40 mm size hard crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes,cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. ,complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6)(using branded cement) in foundation using 40 mm size hard crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes,cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. ,complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4)(using branded cement) in superstructure using 12 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess,royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. ,complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) (Using Branded Cement) in foundation & plinth using Fly Ash bricks of 23x11x 8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand )(using branded cement) to outside surface / plumbed surface of masonry, raking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumb and levels and providing grooves or beads where ever necessary, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering. curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) (Using Branded Cement) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the inside rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves or beads where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness 10mm confirming to IS 13755 of size 600mm x 600mm Plain (Ivory) of approved make a shade (Orient Bell, Somany, Kajaria, Johnson) in floors on 20mm thick bed of C.M. (1:4) (Using Branded Cement) and filling the joint with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tile including washing and cleaning with oxalic acid complete including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Granite Tiles of sizes Above 0.40 Sqm. (20mm thick) of approved make and shade, dressed, rubbed and polished, bottom coated with neat cement slurry in Stair case, Tread, Riser, Landing, Kitchen Slab Floors fixed with neat cement slurry, over 25 mm thick cement mortar (1:1)(1 cement : 1 sand) (Using Branded Cement) to masonry or concrete surfaces to proper level / slope and joints filled with cement mixed with matching colour in required proportion, polishing, washing and acid cleaning, including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties, taxes, cess, labour, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply+ Erection + Transportation of 50mm thick double skin PUF Insulated sandwich Roof Panel having core with Trapezodial sheet in Top & Micro Ribbed Liner Panel sheet in Bottom skin. The PUF panel shall be manufactured on continuous line running on uninterrupted power supply. Panel shall have pre coated GaIvalume sheet on both side of Puf. The pre coated sheet shall be of minimum 550 Mpa steel. The PPGL sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation. The PU Foam shall be self-extinguishing type confirming to IS 12436.Top Sheet: 0.5mm TCT PPGL RMP AZ-150 sheet with 550 Mpa tensile strength.
