NAME OF WORK : Engagement of Third Party Inspection Agency (TPI) for the job of Supervision, Inspection, Verification, Certification, Vetting and Measurements of works (awarded to construction agency by IOCL) as per Work Order, Schedule of Rates, Scope of works, Technical Specifications, GCC, Safety Practices during construction, Quality Assurance Plan, BAR CHART, etc. complete pertaining to development of new A site Retail Outlets (ROs) and modernizations works at existing Retail Outlets (ROs) such as complete raze & rebuild, B to A site conversion of ROs and major modernisation works at retail outlets under Gujarat State office.

Tender Ref. No: TENDER NO.: GSO/ENG/2021-22/LT-06 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 3. The below mentioned work value / rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of GST only and GST, currently @18%, will be payable extra as applicable. 4. The bidder must go through PR (Purchase Requisition) enclosed with this tender, based on which work order shall be placed, having item wise details for the subject work before quoting for this tender. 5. Drawings enclosed with the tender are indicative. Signed drawings shall be issued for construction after tender finalization. 6. The bidder must quote only after having read & understood all terms & conditions of tender.
