Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 2x200 TR Capacity central Airconditioning plants on all days including Sundays & holidays. Supply & replacement of components as and when required by company sealed items to be arranged by Contractor for the following- (a) Air-cooled Screw Chiller Unit along with microprocessor based control Panel soft starters etc. (Complete) (Screw Chiller, Make:- McQuay, Model No. ALS 212.2 XEST3) - 02 Sets.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of following allied units of the 2x200 TR Capacity central Airconditioning (CAC) plants on all days including Sundays & holidays. All the supply & replacement of defective components by company sealed items to be arranged by contractor. (a) Double skin AHUs alongwith VFD, Star delta starter control panel of following capacity: (i) 15000 CFM (Make: CARYAIRE, Model: CCTU - 15) - 06 Sets (ii) 12000 CFM (Make: CARYAIRE, Model: CCTU - 12) - 03 Sets (b) Axial flow fan (DIDW) Fan - 3 Nos. (c) Ozone generator along with controller & freshair dampers - 05 sets. (d) Fire dampers - 07Nos. (e) Chiller pump-motor set 11 kW - 2 Sets (f) Air curtains - 25 Nos (g) Electrical L.T. Panel and remote control panel associated with CAC plant- 02 Nos. (h) Chiller / Condenser pipe line along with various type of valve and other accessories - 01 Job.

Annual, comprehensive general maintenance contract of Central air conditioning system including all installations by deputing following minimum manpower for opration on all days (excluding weekly off) in general shift. (Without Reliver) (a) AC Plant operator cum mechanic (Highly -Skilled) - 01 No. (b) AC Plant operator cum mechanic (Skilled) - 01 No. (c) Helper (Un-Skilled) - 02 Nos.

Extra to be paid for deputing manpower in Item No. 1 of SH-II for running, operation and general maintenance of Central AC Plant due to operational requirement as per instruction of AAI.

Repairing of damaged protective covering of existing piping insulation (pipe dia 300mm with insulation) by dismentalling the damaged plaster and wire netting. For repairing of the protective covering of pipe lines, polythene faced hessian shall be covered on the existing polyurathene insulation with 50mm overlaping all joints shall be sealed with bitumen, A layer of 0.50mm X 20mm GI wire mesh neting shall be provided over it butting all joints, sand cement plaster (1:4) 20mm thick shall be provided in 2 layers of each 10mm and shall be proofed by applying paint.

Supply of Air prefilter having media of Non Woven Synthetic media suported by Aluminium mesh on one side and finished with HDPE mesh on the other side, mounted on an aluminium frame of box type sealed by means of epoxy and having an efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron particle size.(Make : Thermadyne Model : EU-4 (10 micron).
