Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location or disposal of unserviceable soil with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MORT&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBT (Trap) material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBT (Trap) crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Construction of VCC M30 grade design mix un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per IS codes, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification. (Note: - Payment will be released only after satisfactory core results of the concrete strength for 28 days as per IS code).

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix RCC M 20 Using Concrete Mixer in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 MORD / Sections 1500, 1600 & 1700 MORTH For Culvert

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply and Filling of Side Berms with Gravel complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Gravel to site to work Labour charges, Watering tamping, ramming etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
