Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Per Kilogram per Per square metre (three point three kilogram per square metre), including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm (twelve millimetre to twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 (two point five) square meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimetre), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 Per square metre (one point twenty five litre per ten square metre) over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 Per square metre (zero point seventy five litre per ten square metre) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Per square metre (zero point ninety litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 Per square metre (zero point seventy five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 1st class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete 30 mm (thirty millimetre) thick shutters as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick with 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size stone aggregate including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 Per square metre (one point forty three litre per ten square metre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Per Kilogram/10 Per square metre (two point twenty kilogram per ten square metre) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
