Supply,installation, testing and commissioning out door type step down transformer 2000KVA,33/11KV,3 phase, 50Hz,( Oil natural , Air Natural) ONAN cooled, with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side(HV) and star connected on secondary side in accordance with the vector symbol,DYN-11(Vector group) oil immersed copper wound complete with first filling of IS:335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated Transformer oil and other standard fittings/ accessories, with ON load tap changer(OLTC) Tapping range +5% to +15% in steps of 1.25% each) with remote tap cubical changer(RTCC) panel & automativ voltage regulator(AVR),The Maximum temperature rise should no exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after contineous full loadrun on the ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius, AC, 3 phase,50 HZ as per IS: 2026 Specification,including PCC foundation of size 3.5x3.5x1.5M with PCC 1:4:8. The transformer shall be IS:-2026 marked and shall comprise of the following:-
(a) One cable box on HV Primary side consisting of 3 Nos porcelain bushing with copper spindle complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable size for taking out 33KV XLPE armd HT cable. (b) One cable box on secondary side consisting of 3 Nos porcelain bushing with copper spindle complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable size for taking out 11KV XLPE armd HT cable. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent(Silica gel) (e) Explosion vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on the tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia dial type thermo meter, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer.
(h) two earthing terminal on tank cover to faciliate fixing of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. OTHER SYSTEM:- (i) Flywheel (ii) Flywheel housing ALTERNATOR:- Manufacturer: Output:- 320 KVA /suitable KVA Power Factor:- 0.80 Rated Generating Voltage:- 415 Volts Voltage Regulation:- (+/-) 1% all load between no load to full load and factor 0.8 to unity. Frequency:- 50Hz Winding connection: Star connection (all six leads will be brought out of startor frame). Overload capacity: 10% for one hour in any 12 hours of operation without exceeding temperature rise limits specified in BS: 2613 or BS: 5000 when corrected to ambient temperature at site. Bearings: Single bearing.
Enclosure: Drip proof and screen protected IP-23. The alternator shall be of self excited, self regulated, self ventilated in brushless desing, provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall conform to BS: 2613 or BS 5000 and shall give rated output at NTP conditions. Batteries: For electrical control circuit of 24 volt DC, 2 Nos batteris of 12 volts 180 AH Pulse Lite Batteries (charged and sealed maintenance free) with battery leads for electical starting of each DG set. AMF Panel:- The control panel is manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather proof and long lasting finish. The control panel consists of the following parts.
(i) PCC 0301- Keyswitch/ Auto Start Generator set controller. (ii) Multifunction meter displaying the following parameters: Voltage, current, Frequency, water temperature, oil pressure, KVA, KW. (iii) Contacts with HRC fuses, MCB of suitable rating, current transformer, AMF logic, battery charger, aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity, indicating lamps complete includind adequate size of PCC 1:4:8 Foundation all as specified. Note: The AMF panel should consist of bypass arrangement/ switch for easy transfer of supply in case failure in panel.
S & F wall mounted type line-Voltage Stabilizer of capacity 5 KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volt per second complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chemical earthing ( T-19 or T-39 Type) with copper earth plate electrode (98 percent conductivity when annealed) 90 cm X 60 cm X 5 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level,connecting to copper strip 32 X6 mm as earthing strip by means of bolts,nut check nut and washers protected with and including 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe,necessary excavation and earth work,magnesium sulphate (80 Kg) ),charcoal (4 Qtl) and common salt (4 Qtl) filling,watering arrangement with 20 mm GI pipe medium grade including PCC pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) cover ,GI funnel with test point,testing all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) On testing ,after completion ,if the earth resistance below 1 Ohms is not obtained ,earthing will rebuilt with out extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (ii) Cost of GI protection pipe and earth lead upto 7.5m deemed to included in quoted Rates.
