Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of Air conditioner Hi wall comprising of units Indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, within built in air ioniser, Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, leakage detector etc with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR, inclusive of suction and discharge lines of suitable size and length of copper tube, necessary brazing and providing nitrile tubing over gas circulating copper tubes and neatly tying the ends with PVC insulating tape and mounting on suitable bracket, suitable drain pipe for disposal of waste water upto ground level and testing, neatly finishing the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of window type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 Ton, 5 star rated electric driven (single phase), cooling capacity 4500 K Cal per hour complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the BER AC of capacity 1.5 Ton / 2 Ton from the blgds/ Hangers from any height including copper piping between indoor and outdoor unit and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the old unserviceable Copper Pipe and S&F copper pipe of 1/2" dia and connecting alongwith insulation sleeves between indoor and outdoor unit including necessary welding and brazing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the old unserviceable Copper Pipe and S&F copper pipe of 1/4" dia and connecting alongwith insulation sleeves between indoor and outdoor unit including necessary welding and brazing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the old unserviceable Copper Pipe and S&F copper pipe of 5/8" dia and connecting alongwith insulation sleeves between indoor and outdoor unit including necessary welding and brazing complete all as specified and as directed.

Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded with copper conductor, drawn through and including suitable size of heavy duty PVC conduit pipe and accessories and one run of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded with copper conductor for earth continuity , concealed in surface / walls / floors / ceilings/ roofs etc.,including cutting grooves and chases and finished the surface with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two runs of main copper conductor, one run of copper conductor for earth continuity and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed, Multistranded Copper Cable 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm, ISI Marked, 1100 volts Grade and connecting to the unit along with necessary fixing materials complete all a specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of Metal Top Deep Freezer of capacity 300 Ltrs single phase 240 volt, 50 Hz including taking down unserviceable and removing the same & depositing to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc including taking down unserviceable and removing the same & depositing to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc including taking down unserviceable and removing the same & depositing to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing hot water inlet / outlet heavy duty PVC pipe, end made of brass chromium plated with union rubber washer suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe for Hot / Cold water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp rating suitable for 1.5 Ton / 2 Ton capacity complete all a specified and as directed.
