ASSISTANCE IN CARRYING OUT MISCELLANEOUS ROUTINE AND SHUTDOWN MAINTENANCE WORKS OF 132 KV SUBSTATION SRINAGAR

Assistance in Daily Routine works at 132 KV Substation Srinagar (G). (a) Daily cleaning of control, relay, other equipment. Daily cleaning in store rooms and surrounding area of store room. (b) Daily cleaning and maintenance of battery set and battery charger. (c) Uprooting of bushes from 132, 66 and 33 kV switchyard, store room and control room building premises, Grass cutting in switchyard, store room and control room building area by cutting/ uprooting bushes, grass, weeds, small trees and removal of all foreign material and throwing away from substation premises Note :- 1 No. operation signifies deployment of 1 Skilled and 1 Semi-Skilled manpower for a period of 8 hours.

Assistance in Shutdown and other works of 132 KV Substation Srinagar (G) which may include following works. i) Maintenance of switchyard equipments of all the bays. ii) Replacement/Tightening of jumpers, droppers, runner, clamps, connectors etc. iii) Tightening of 132 KV, 66 KV & 33 KV Busbar (if required). iv) Replacement/Tightening of Jaw, blade of isolators. v) Refilling of Transformer oil on CT, CVT, PT and Transformers. vi) Cleaning of porcelain part of switchyard equipments vii) Cleaning of Trenches and drainage system at Substation premises and switchyard. viii) Replacement/ Repairing of control cables, electrical cables etc. ix) Any other maintenance work as directed by Engineer In-charge. Note : 1 No. operation signifies deployment of 2 Highly Skilled and 2 Skilled manpower for a period of 8 hours.
