Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe (for horizontal & vertical run in wall and celing portion through prelaid polythen pipe) complete with all accessories embedded in wall [only PVC Rigid Conduit on ceiling and remaining portion concealed] Average run 8 mtr [ 5C/ E-15]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 20 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board incl. S & F 100x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required [ 17-(b)/E-6 ]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 4 nos. 6 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket with 4 nos. 6A Modular type switch, 16A Modular switch type MCB as per GS.[12 /E-18 ]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and as per GS .[5(a)/ E-17 ][For AC ]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (CCurve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl as per GS [17/E-19] [For AC ]

Supplying and fixing polythene pipe complete with fittings as necy. under ceiling/beam, bound with 22 SWG GI binding wire incl. supplying and drawing 1x18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire inside the pipe(synchronizing with roof/beam casting work of building construction) 25mm dia 3mm thick Polythene Pipe [1(c)/E-2]

Cutting Channel of size (31 mm x 31 mm)/(40 mm x 40 mm)/(43 mm x 43 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 13/19/25 mm, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles as per GS. 25 mm dia 3 mm thick [ 7 (a)/ E- 3 ]

Dismatling of non functional SPN DB ( 10 Nos),TPN DB ( 10 Nos), Main Switches of different Ratings( Nos 10) , cable end boxes(Nos10) and Switch Boards (Nos 20) and mending good the damages to original finish including painting as per direction of EIC, incl Dismantling the existing Rigid Conduit and cables of different size from the walls and laying it over the cable tray and making necessary connection including supply and fixing self locking cable ties for fitting the conduit on the cable tray(per meter 1 No).Total Length of the Rigid conduit (1000Mtr approx) and mending good the damages to original finish including painting as per direction of EIC

Supply and fixing T-Shape 3 Way Wire Conductor Quick Cable Splitter Electrical Connectors(Upto 2.5SqMM) for loop in loop out of the electrical fittings inside the corridors including making necessary connections for the fittings as per direction of EIC

Dismantling the existing HAT AC machines from Sadar Campus of the District Hospital with technical expert and carrring the same to the Shaktinagar Campus including all the components loading and unloading at site and carrying it to the first floor roof where it is meant to be installed.

Supply of 7.5 TR capacity concealed type Split Air Conditioner having rated cooling capacity of 90000 BTU/hr. with rotary compressor , 3 nos. IDU each with 2.5 TR rated power supply 380-415V-3ph-50 Hz, AC supply.Air flow IDU-1000 cfm (make- Daikin, Hitachi, carrier, mitsubishi)

Erection testing and commissioning of the 7.5 Tr Concealed Split AC machines with One ODU and three IdU

Supply and fixing of compressor mounting rubber to resist shock of the compressor during running(3 Nos=1Set)

Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (50 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of AC incl. drilling 3 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 45mm x 45 mm x 6 mm Angle in each platform the entire platform should be baricaded & safe for ODU maintennace. Area of the platform is (5 mt x 1.5 mt) or as per machine capacity & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC. with 2 coats of red oxide and 2 coats of enamel paint.

Copper Refrigeration copper pipe line of 5/8"OD & 3/8"OD for liquid and suction line with supports and brackets ( Make- Ryoku/rajco/nippon) including nitrile insulation as required incl 4 core 2.5 sq.mm communication cable (Approved Make)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioing of PVC Drain piping with 6 mm thick nitrile Rubber Insulation i) 25 mm dia.

S & F, 4 Module Weatherproof cabinet with IP 65 protection having fully reversible removable chassis and faceplates PVC Enclosure type box & openable for inspection having clipping arrangement inside of box with inlet and outlet for cable / wire terminations (Make - LEGRAND, Cat No. 601994 / SCHNEIDER / Siemens/L&T) [NS]

S&F 3-ph AC Machine timer unit of size 18" x 18" x 8" made from heavy gauge CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) with 1no. Front openable hinged type door. The interconnection should be made by suitable sizes cu wire. The box should be painted by power coated paint & having following accessories:-/on 4 Way TPNDB 4 pole power contactor with aux. contact block 2 no. + 2nc -1 no. 63A 4 pole MCB (L&T)- 1no push bottom switch (ON/OFF) - 2 nos. Digital time switch of 24 hour - 1 No LED indigator lamp (ESBEE)-3nos. 100 A capacity 4 way terminal - 1 no (Make- L&T/ Legrand/ABB/Siemens/Schneider) ( for controlling AC M/C Units)
