To Qualify for award of this contract the bidder, as a prime service provider, should have in his /their name Satisfactorily completed at least one house keeping services work costing not less than Rs.24.86 Lakhs, with total floor and open area maintained not less than 2,05,538.00 Sq.ft. as a single work, during the last five financial years ( i.e. during the years ( 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2025-26) Work done certificate shall clearly mention the year of execution.

To Qualify for award of this contract the bidder must have the following valid Registration Certificates as on the Date of Tender Notification. (i)Shall be a Valid registered Establishment (ii) shall be a Valid registered establishment under employees rovident fund organization (iii) shall be a valid registered establishment under Employees State Insurance Corporation. (iv) Shall be a ISO certified establishment.(v) Shall be have GST registration.

To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer has to furnish availability of credit facilities for an amount not less than Rs.14.91 Lakhs letter of credit issued from any nationalized Bank / Schedule bank (excluding Co-operative banks ) in the prescribed format.

To Qualify for award of this contract the bidder in his name should have, in the last five financial years (i.e. during the years ( 2020-21 , 2021-22, 2022-23 , 2023-2024 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum average financial turnover of Rs. 49.72 Lakhs. Scanned copy of audited profit / loss statement of all the last five financial years. certified by chartered accountant / Auditor only. Statement issued by others will not be considered. ( Profit and loss statement)
