Preventive/ Routine/Breakdown Maintenance and periodic testing of Grid Sub-station with the help of 01 no. Highly Skilled, 02 nos. of skilled, 02 nos. of unskilled as per provided daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly maintenance schedule of various EHT & LT equipments provided by Engineer Incharge & as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Maintenance / Emergency Maintenance of Grid Substation as per schedule and JOB provided by Engineer In-charge.

Fixing and replacement of Energy meter/ MW meter/ Voltmeter/Ammeter/Relay (220/132/33 KV)

Misc. work of Grid Substation as per schedule and JOB provided by Engineer In-charge

Break down maintenance

Supply of Hydra/ Crane (upto 8MT capacity) as per requirement

Complete overhauling with painting of 150MVA & 80MVA Transformer Cooling Fans with supply of all materials if required

Transportation of materials & equipments through truck/pickup upto 3MT including loading, unloading of the materials.

Transportation of materials & equipments through truck/pickup upto 6MT including loading, unloading of the materials.

Repair of 220kV SF6 Breaker 1Ph spring charged motor if required

Repair of 132kV SF6 Breaker 1Ph spring charged motor if required

Repair of 33 kV VCB 1Ph spring charge motor if required

Erection, connection, testing and commissioning as per direction of E/I

Erection of following equipments with Crane/ Derrick at site including handling the material/ equipments carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work (excluding cost of transportation charges from store to site)

Dismantling of following equipments with Crane/Derrick at site including handling the material/ equipment carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work ( Excluding cost of transportation charges from store to site)

Routine maintenance and gas refilling of air conditioners (1.5/2TR, ACs) and servicing to prevent leakage of condensate water from indoor ACs including top up of Gas as per requirement.

Testing of Transformers/ICTs including Tan Delta Test of all bushing & winding , winding resistance test, turn ratio test, magnetic balance test, short & open circuit test , IR & PI test etc.

Testing of Transformer oil by recognised laboratory including supply of sampling bottle.

Servicing of 250 KVA Cummins make DG set

Assesment of defects of battery chargers.

Maintenance and replacement of miner defective parts/equipments of battery chargers

Repair and Overhauling of 3ph Sub-mersible pump including materials, lifting & lay down of Sub-mersible pump from Borewell , repair of water supply pipe all complete job & Transporation cost.

Filtaration of Transformer oil with Oil filtaration machine.

Wiring of TBC control & Relay Panel including commissioning of panel

Supply of Consumables viz. Markin cloth, Distilled water, grease, Mobil, Nuts & Bolts, cotton waste, Joute, Petrolium Jelly, Kerosine, WD-40 rust remover etc. Required time to time for O&M works of GSS.
