Reconstruction of removed ashlars stone masonry in 1:1:1 Lime Surkhi Sand mortar including erecting scaffolding and providing rose wood dowels to each stone and recess pointing etc complete.(Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Reconstruction of missing/weathered portion of ashlars stone masonry of 9mt. high octagonal bastion and back walls of barracks to hold firmly hanging bastion and inner arch gate using same type of stone duly plain dressed and set in 1:1:1 LSS mortar including recess pointing, rose wood dowels etc complete. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Reconstruction of rubble stone hearting masonry in 1:1:1 LSS mortar including scaffolding, curing etc complete. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Reconstruction of missing ashlars stone masonry for 3 architectural veneer stone at the face of soldier barracks using same type of stone duly plain dressed, molded and carved as per original and set in 1:1:1 LSS mortar. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Removal of fallen debris from two platforms of either sides of solider barrack to exposes the base of structure including excavation in fallen debris, stacking of useful materials and disposing of rubbish 2 Km. away. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Earth work (excavation) for foundation in all soils & subsoil with an initial load & lift & throwing away the debris outside monument for laying Dhangadhara stone paving, apron, approach pathway and dwarf wall for chain link fencing. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm stone aggregate in foundation and for fixing the chain link post over the dwarf wall consolidating, curing etc complete. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Construction of BB masonry in 1:6 cement mortar for foundation and plinth dwarf wall including curing etc complete. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
Making supplying & fixing in position chain -link fencing of size 2.10 x 1.20m with 50x50x6m M.S. Angle frame all around over the dwarf wall with chain link of 5mm square and 8 gauge, fixing within the frame, including making necessary holes, providing bolts, nuts, fixing the post in concrete, priming coat, etc complete.
Applying plastering over dwarf wall 15mm in C:M 1:4, curing etc complete. (Only Labour charges, materials supplied by the department)
