16 General condition

16.1 Cleaning of all dirt from the body of transformer and tighten all nut-bolt etc.

16.2 Clamping of LT cable as per instruction of incharge supervisor

3 mtrs Rigid pipe, Earthing Plate & 20kg solt+20kg coal.(G.I. strip should be

brought proper shap up to the equipment(earth resistance to be measured

and earth register to be maintained as per std norms of dgvcl) (earthing

1.Before commencement of work you should take approval of Alluminium Lug (3D/Hex make) and HRC fuse BaseType

Test required and chemical earthling type test required

2.LT distribution box must be of SMC material (GTP/SPECS. to be submitted of OEM) and to be supplied from register

vendor of GUVNL and their subsidiary company all the testing norms will be applicable to this material

3. Scrap Material removed after replacement should be credited to Store.

4. Contractor has to carry out work under Kadodara Division.

5.The contractor has to collect all the required materials from DGVCL store as well as credited the dismantle material

to the DGVCL store at their cost. The rates are required with all taxes but exclusive of GST.

6.Party has to work at his own risk.

7.Contractor should have to provide safety tools to workers while working at site.

8.All material utilized for above work must be IS standard only.

9.GST Unregistered Contractors /Suppliers /Fabricators should not be allowed for the bid.

10.ERDA tested certificate should be submitted and material ERDA tested certified should be used.

11. Contractor shall provided tc maint. Details as per prescribed perfoma given by this office.
