(a) Outsourcing for Manning operation & upkeep of E/M installations of electric supply,(round the clock in three shifts including Saturday, Sunday and Holiday) comprising of HT incoming supply ,And 1 Nos step down transformer of capacity 250 KVA -01 No, and Voltage stabilizer any capacity including LT control panels etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (b) Replacement of blown off HT fuses as and when required at two / four pole structure at main take over points. Maintaining the records of break down etc. ) complete as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (c) Attending all type of complaints external/internal complaints in power house including maintaining the records of complaints and also upkeep of the installation. (d) Repair and maints of old and unsv materials such as LT/HT OH line, MCCB, cables, MCB, DBs, wiring, switches and sockets complete all as directed by engineer in charge
NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1 :- (i) Installation shall always be kept neat and clean. (ii) All Installations are required to be provided with required size tools ,rechet set ,speners , hand gloves, safty equipments such as sefty belt ,dangri , screw driver, sweeping materials, Torch light, First Aid Box etc are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) Cost of cleaning and Up keeping of MES installation/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small in equalities n. exc 15 cm deep at interval of 7 days (including removing vegetation/Shurb/bush wood/Under-growth) and carring away the rubbish to a distance of n.exc 50m away complete within fencing perimeter approx 40mX 50m are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates . Contractor shall also be responsible for minor nature of maintainance complete all as directed.
