3.3 Bidders who already have a valid Digital certificate need not procure a new Digital

4.1 Bidders can prepared and edit their offers number of times before tender submission

date and time. After tender submission date and time, bidder cannot edit their

submitted offer in any case. No written or online request in this regard shall be granted.

Note : Copy of receipt of payment to Government i.e. Payment receipt for

Renewal of Registration shall not be considered valid for the purpose of

tendering and in absence of valid documents as in 5.3 tender will not be opened

and is liable to be rejected.

8.0 SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION TO APPLICANTS:

8.1 The principal items covered in the contract

8.2 The Contract will be item rate contract for works listed at Sr. No. 1 ,2 &

8.3 The language for submission of pre qualification documents along with the tender

documents shall be ENGLISH. If information is provided in another language, it shall

be accompanied by a translation of its pertinent parts into ENGLISH. This translation

do not fulfill all or any of the condition or submitted incomplete in any respect will be
