DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Attending daily complaints of area by deputing adequate number of teams of qualified Electrician and helper for repair, maintenance and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical system by replacing the U/S items such as switches, replacement of fuse wires, distribution boards, MCB light / power, lamp holders, bracket / pendent / batten, bell / buzzer, push button, ceiling rose, capacitors and other similar electrical items/fittings etc to make functional of light / fan / bell point, light & powerplug, including provisioning of small pieces of electricals cables PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor of sizes1.5 Sqmm to 10 Sqmm single core and length not increasing 0.50 mtrs and other minor items of cost not more than Rs. 10/- complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) Replacement of electrical accessories, if required shall be measured and paid separetely in relevant items. Unserviceable items retrived form complaints shall be abstracted under sch of credit. (b) The fault shall be attended within one day, otherwise recovery shall be charged Rs. 50/- per complaint per day. (c) Electrician shall obtain the complaint slip from JE EM and the same will be depositing to JE EM duly signed by Users after completing the job for making payments.

Checking of fault in Solar water Heater of area by deputing adequate number of qualified Solar technician/Plumber and helper with necessary T&P and safety tools etc and ensure that to restore water heater in working condition after rectifying the fault with using minor items like screw, insulation Taps, flexible twin core cable upto 1 mtr approx or any electrical accessories of cost not more than Rs. 10/- shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Replacement of solar heater items, if required shall be measured and paid separetely in relevant items. Unserviceable items retrived form complaints shall be abstracted under sch of credit. M & L for opening of solar plate & repairing of leakage copper pipe with complete gas welding/soldering as required on complete copper tubing in solar water heater and after completion of job reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling exisiting solar water heater and descaling the pipe by means of descaling agent the same after reassembling after comletion the work. Note : Descaling agent shall be paid and measured separetely

M & L for painting of solar water heater and MS stand with mokey case of tank duly painted with one coat of synthetic black enemaled paint complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing over head water storage tanks capacity n exc 200 Ltrs for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc and reconnecting and including one coat synthetic enamel paint on tank of size 450mmx300mm and writing letters ("CLD ON MM-YY") of height 7.5cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cleaning of tank should be done carefully by means no float valve broken or no leakage remains after cleaning.

S & F in replacement of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage three layers tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) in white colour, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 200 Ltrs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down unserviceable PVC / metallic Exhaust fans up to 300mm sweep dismantling, overhauling, and replace the unserviceble spares parts including reassembling/refixing back in the same location, including with cord flexible copper conductor connections after completion of repairs, including testing complete all as directed . Note: Spare parts and motor winding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M & L for rewinding of fan motor of any make up to 300mm sweep of exhaust fan with super enameled copper wire of same guage / type, varnishing including removal of existing burnt winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots with cleaning agents complete all as directed.

M & L in replacement of sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated heavy duty and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor and drawing through surface and including PVC conduit of appropriate size and connecting terminal ends including provision of 1 run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated heavy duty and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly including taking down old unserviceable wiring complete all as directed .

Disconnecting old unsv and S&F in replacement in trenches, under floor or fixed to walls XLPE insulated cable, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sq mm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for taking out/down Pump/motor from base/chamber and opening up the motor 75 HP carefully and removing burnt windings from stator and rewinding with suitable gauge of supper enamelled copper insulated wire and superior insulating material including varnishing, heating, greasing replacement of worn out bearing, reassembling the same,including testing on full load up to entire satisfaction, complete all as directed.

(ii) Cleaning of sludge shall be carried out 2 times with interval of three months; each cleaning shall be measured as Each Job.

M & L taking out and cleaning sludge drying bed of STP any size degging out sluge, mud state and removing sludge to a distance exc. 250m and n exc. 500m and disposed off as directed by Engr-in-charge Note- (i) Rate of Transport & labour included for disposing material as directed. (ii) Cleaning of STP shall be carried out 2 times with interval of three months; each cleaning shall be measured as Each Job.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface with paint remover, scrapper & fine ambery paper and painting with one coat of heat resistance paint on 75 HP Centrifugal pump set including motor, and writing SM No/ Maching No and connect back all Electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.
