Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and sprayng primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification NO. 5.1/502/(1)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (vg-10) using bitumen distributer at the rate of 0.30 Kg/SqM on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic as per technical specification clause 5.2/503(1)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm & 11.2 mm dalla grit in proportion of 2:1 either using viscocity grade btumen @ 1.46kg per sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, layiing and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN staticroller capacity, finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat Type-C as per technical Specificaton Clause 508/5.5(9i)

Providing and laying seal coat Type-C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface with crushed stone chipping of of 6.7mm size defined as passing 9.5 mm size and retained on 2.36 mm size applied @ 0.09 cum per 10sqm and suitable grade bitumen @ 0.65 kg/sqm on bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grad and cross fall using Type 'C' as per technical Specification Clause 5.12/510
