REPAIR/MAINT OF EARTHING OF EQPTS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO 1

Supply and fix in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size of 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed with 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long screw, fixed in and SMC junction box of size 170 x 170 x105mm hinged door fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : SMC juction box will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

M&L for PCC earthing pit cover made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x25mm , omplete all including taking out of old pit cover complete.

Supply only Earthing Soil Resistivity improvement compound Gel, Enhancement compound Transparent Liquid Jel in 5 Kg packing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling Common Salt in existing conventional earth pits in appropriate pacakage all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for back filling earthing compound as per standard IS 3043, IEEE 80and IEC 62561-7 for improved gound resistivity improver compound in powder form for the earthing effectiveness and improves conductivity of the earth eletrode and ground contact area and Eco frindly & effective for mainly consist of moinsutre , high conductivity , non- corrosive in nature and absorbs > 13 times water than its volume , resistivity <0.5ohm-mtr and NABL lab tested 0.039 Ohm-metc and in power physical state with taking down exisitng chemical rod and fill the back filling compound with mixing with water all as specifed and directed by Engineer in charge

Brazing of copper strip using brazing touch suitable temp and using brazing rod all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair mild steel galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair copper earth strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminals or as directed including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Copper strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground,drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Aluminium earth strip of size 25x3.15mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
