Lintels,beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers & cantilevers, including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per code No. 5.9.5 Page 80)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete upto all floor level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 5.22.6 page 84 ) .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. ( Non-modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Super-structure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( One cement : six coarse sand ) including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. As per code No. 6.4.2 Page 94 )

Providing & fixing mild steel grills of required pattern in frames of steel/ windows etc. with mild steel flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete fixed to steel windows by welding, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge ( As per code No. 9.48.1 Page 122 ) .

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates & similar work, including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( As per code No. 10.25.2 Page 163

Providing & fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing & similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer mild steel tube/pipe, including all leads, lifts, carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-n-Charge. Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows, clerestory windows & doors with mild steel flat 15 x 3 mm & nuts & bolts complete, Galvanised mild steel wire gauge with 0.63 mm dia wire & 1.4 mm aperture on both sides, including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 10.29 Page 164 ) .

Providing & fixing mild steel Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators & cub board with rectangular/ L- type sections, made of 1.60mm thick mild steel sheet, joints mitred, welded & grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges & screws & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Fixing with 15 x 3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm of cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) including all leads, lifts, & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 10.15 Page 162 ) .

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty & glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 4.00 mm thick glass panes, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( As per code No. 10.30 Page 164 ) .

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in cement mortar 1:5 ( One cement : five fine sand ), including all leads, ,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 13.2.2 Page 196 ) .

6 mm cement plaster of mix 1 : 3 ( One cement : three fine sand ), including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 13.16.1 Page 197 )

Providing & applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete , including all leads, ,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per Code No. 13.26 Page 196 ) .

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work ( two or more coats ) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including all leads, ,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 13.41.1 Page 200 ) .

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint with of required shade new work ( two or more coat ) applied @ 1.67 litre per 10 Square metre over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg per 10 Square metre, including all leads, ,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 13.46.1 Page 201 ) .

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interior & exterior using primer as per manufactures specifications painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint of required shade. Twoor more coats applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 Square metre over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Litre per 10 Square metre of approved brand & manufacture, including all leads, ,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 13.48.3 Page 201 ) .

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering-All work upto plinth level in cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ( One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 4.1.8 Page 73 ) .

Providing & laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting & proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 80 mm thick cement concrete block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern, including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering-All work upto plinth level in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( One cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 4.1.3 Page 73 ) .

Providing & fixing ISI marked oxidized mild steel tower bolts black finish, ( barrel type ) with necessary screws etc. complete 100 x 10 mm size including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 9.63.2 Page 125 ) .

Providing & fixing ISI marked oxidized mild steel handles conforming to IS : 4992 with necessary screws etc. complete 75 mm size including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 9.66.3 Page 125 ) .
