Taking down u/s LED/HPSV/HPMV Security light fittings of any wattage from Poles any hieght or any descripion, for repairs, dismantling the light fitting part by part, replace the unsv parts like PVC line connector, Connection cable, LED drivers etc,reassembleing complete & refixing at the existing place or other place as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: (i) The Contractor must be disconnecting/remove UNSV Security lights from pole, Remove carbon from conductor, replace PVC connector & connecting wire as required length for every fittings (ii) Electrical connection should be made with 3 core aluminium wire i e Phase, neutral & Earth, proper earthing to LED fittings should be made by any alternate arrangement (iv) Quoted rates shall be included for replacement of PVC line connector 3 trminal, PVC wire 3 core with aluminium conductor upto 2.5 RM and other minor accessories. (v) Major items like LED driver, Aluminium conductor 3 core wire beyond 2.5 RM will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only LED drivers suitable for LED Security light fittings of 45/60 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED drivers suitable for LED Security light fittings of 70 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED drivers suitable for LED Security light fittings of 90 watt complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC three core Aluminium conductor wire over all sheaathed of size 2.5 Sqmm alongwith PVC pipe for protection from junction box to bracket and connected one end with aluminium thimble to busbar and other with PVC connector for Security light connection complete .

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 core 10 sqmm nominal cross section complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 70 watt new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure dia cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 with 10 KV Built-in-SPD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 90 watt new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure dia cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 with 10 KV Built-in-SPD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, & Fixing of weather/ dust, vermin proof LT junction box factory made out of SMC junction box with rubber gasket packing with suitable size with 50 amps TPN aluminium busbar duly insulated (including self insulated) maintaining proper space for each busbar, & proper arrangement for passing incoming/ outgoing LT cable and fixed to pole with 02 Nos MS clamps, Nuts bolts and washer etc complete including self closing locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make:- Arestro/Sintex/National or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for GI Brackets bending & shaping of size 32 mm dia galvanised iron pipe light grade over all length 0.60 mtr including necessary clamps, brackets and bolts etc to fixing on pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs automatic street light/security light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights base on LUX level of Natural light. The infrared sensor based nature switch alongwith suitable power contactors and MCBs (Input-Output) should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP 66. The contactor, MCB and copper circuit wiring (min 6 Sqmm) should suitable enough to take 3 phase load of 1 KW, contactor rating 10-15 Amps per phase, MCB (SP) RATING 32 Amps (03 Nos). S&F rectangular LED Flood light fittings 170 watt 230V AC outdoor type with innovative thermal mangement in multiple optics and equiped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F IP65 rated LED Post Top light fittings 40 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with moonlight effect and efficient light distribution complete with electrical connection arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
