Scarifying Metalled ( water bound ) road surface i/c disposal of rubbish , lead up to 50 M and consolidating of the agg. Received from scraflying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity. old road and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not mkore than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes of water bound Macadam specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable Screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required Density Grading -1 as per Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run biltumenof grade VG-10 i/c heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with machnically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification on WBM @ 0.75 Kg/ sqm and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/L bituminous macadam 50mm thick with hot mix plant using crushed agg. Of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder transport to site up to a load of 1000m laid over a preously prepared surface with paver finished to the required grade level and achieve the desired compaction as per Tachnical Specification 50 to 100 mm avg. compected thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5 % ( percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type Hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run biltumenof grade VG-10 i/c heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with machnically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification on bituminuos surface @ 0.50 Kg/ sqm and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

2cm premix carpet surface with 1.8 cum and 0.90cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm size and 11.2mm size respectivility per 100 Sqm and 52Kg and 56 kg of hot bitumenper stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2 mm size respectively i/c a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen i/c consolidation with road roller of 6 to9 tonne capacity etc. complete ( tack coat to be paid for separetaly) with paving asphalt grade VG-30 with no salvent

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voides in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levele and Cross fall using type A type-B type-C as per technical specification clause 510 by manual means & 6.80kg 10m2 type-A -S-90 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in dumped stone or mulba i/c stacking of serviceable and un-serviceable material seprately and disposal of un-seviceable materail lead upto 20mtr. Disposed material to be neatly dressed and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F road stud 100X100mm dia cast in aluminium resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit,fitted with lens reflectors ,installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600mm and bedded in suitable bituminous grout or epox mortar all as per BS:873 (part 4)1973 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coat i/c prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/ steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing & technical specification clause-1701 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/L heavy duty precast cement conc. Interlock ing paver block vibro compected 80mm thick iner locking paver block and Technical specification Clause-1504- (M-30-80mm thick) approved by HPPWD (NTC/Ashok Panjla Tiles/NTCCI/Pooja Concrete Fabricators, M/S Dalal Tiles Pvt. Ltd.) with approved color design and pattern and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
