Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work upto all depth in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads / lifts and shoring strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 :12 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand : 12 crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster,buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25 mm thick average thickness of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing and polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for 60 mm thick inter locking blocks with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trussses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed bars, railing, brackets and similar work in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) in all leads and lifts .
