Restoration and repairing of Bindu Khola damaged drop weir channel, trash rack, Diversion structure alongwith damaged protection works at Bindu Barrage, Jaldhaka Hydel Project, WBSEDCL, Kalimpong-734503

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof.

Supply of empty cement bags in good condition.

Filling empty cement bags with local sand stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in positionand all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Suply of boulder of size 150mm and above, stacking at site including cost of boulder and road carriage upto 10 Km

Filling properly the empty sausage crates with boulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. [Rate provided is exclusive of the cost of stone boulders and sausage crate]

Weaving wire mattress as directed with wire of 4 mm dia. And making sausage crate of required shape after tying all intersections including joining longitudinal ends, closing ends of sausage, carriage of wire to site of work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of supply of G. I. wire. (With 100mm x 100mm mesh).

Supply of Polythene sheet at site.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL

Fabrication, supply, storing at site, installation & commissioning of trashrack/ bar screen/ grating conforming to relevent IS codes (IS:11388, IS:800, IS:2062) fabricated with structural steel sections such as ms flat, channels, angles etc. including cost of materials, machinary, labour, cutting, aliging, welding as per approved drawing including transportation charges as per direction.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (ii ) River Bazree

Cleaning of wet bed materials from the floor and hopper of Bindu Khola Drop type weir, Open desilting basin and disposal of the same with all lead and lift using man, machine,tools,and tacklesas required complete.(Mode of measurement: the volume will be assed by data of in situ pre-levelling & insitu post levelling and there will be no deduction on acount of compaction, shrinkage & shrinkage over the calculated out volume as above[For open desilting basin, Drop type weir and open channelr]

Carriage of dismantled M.S. members from Bindu Barrage to JHP store at Jhalung including loading unloading and stacking complete all respect
