Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep, in area not exc 400 sqm and disposal to distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite trap or basalt type of aggregate) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with 8 to 10 ton power roller incl preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with RS 1 grade cationic emulsion @ 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using Mechanical sprayer on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat catonic bitumenous) @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet ( 2.5 cm thick) well rammed bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) in depth of potholes n exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with RS 1 grade cationic emulsion @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using Mechanical sprayer on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix providing and laying with mechanical paver and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to required camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying 2.0mm thick retro reflective thermoplastic road marking strip with applying glass beads 300 gm/Sqm of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully /Semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat eye of size 100x100x18.5 body made of ABS material with electronically prismatic, ratro reflecting lines on both sides for maximum reflecting in wet and dry condition, with adhesive/epoxy/bolt for road indicator 3M marker series 290 or equvalent of standard size complete all as specifed and directed

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
