REPAIR TO JOINERY, FLOOR, PLASTER, ROOF TREATMENT, ROOF SHEETING, PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTINGS AND ALLIED B/R WORKS TO MD AND OTM ACCN OF NHO AND HQ CWE (HILLS) DEHRADUN UNDER AGE B/R-III OF GE CLEMENT TOWN

M&L clearing and degermination inside the RCC/PVC water storage tanks of capacity not exceeding 500 ltr of any description and any position comprising the following seven stage clearing and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 and ultra voilet ay complete all as specified:- (a) 1st Stage: Drain out the water by using exit valve or with high capacity dewatering system or any suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) 2nd Stage: Clearing all the aloge formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/INCLHOR-5/NB-10 (a laboratory branded chemical) and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) 3rd Stage: Clearing with fresh water by high speed jet pump with pressure of PSI. (d) 4th Stage: Sterillzation by using TERBAC G10/INCHLOR-5/NB-10 (a laboratory certified branded halogen compound ) for first bacteria screening. (e) 5th Stage: Clearing the floor of the water tnak by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) 6th Stage: Sterilzing method by using ultra violet ray ejector covering 360 degree with in the rank and kill all suspended bacteria for 2nd bacteria screening. (g) 7th Stage: Clearing and sterilize the floor to the water by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G69/ INOXI-60/NB-69 for third bacteria screening. Note: (i) Test certificate of TERBAC G69/ INOXI-60/NB-69 ect. from Govt Laboratory mentioning suitable for sterilization should be submitted to the Dept before usung for sterilization. (ii) Clearing of thak shall only be carried by the authorized service provide of the material used. Necessary approval ahsll be obtained for GE before clearing of the tanks. (iii) After clearing of the tank necessary completion certificate comfirming the completion of stenilization of water tank shall be issued by the service provider and sticker shall be fixed on the tank duly mentioning the date of cleaning and name off site etc.

All as per Serial item No 1 here-in-before but PVC water tank exc. 500 liter but not exc. 1000 liters capacity each.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work or stone masonroy built in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge/thickness/any type/any pattern complete of approved quality by user all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge/thickness/any type/any pattern complete of approved quality by user all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in rapair rolled mild steel work of Fe 290 (Gde E-165) as in framed structure, truss, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (beam, tee, angle, channel, hollow section or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors etc, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Welded steel wire fabric weight n.exc 4 kg/sqm fixed to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) padding mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction and paid separately) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete/mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and smooth (without usin extra cement) as in roof padding/Sunken floor, kerb/bencing alongwith parapet including rounded, chamfered on edges including demolition of the smae. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Proportion of mix and method of mixing of approved concrete admixture should be applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions)

M&L cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/sub base /hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and fair without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 Cm thick (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
