Bidders/organizations should submit a work order and satisfactory performance certificate from the concerned department regarding the provision of outsourcing services to the government department. Certificate of experience for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25.

Bidders/Organizations to submit a document showing that they have paid EMD of Rs. 10,000/- through the e-portal.

If the bidders/organizations are individuals or organizations, the registration details and copies thereof should be attached.

Attested copy of the certificate that the bidders/organizations have registered at least 50 employees with the Labor Department. Form-C

Bidders/Organizations to submit the Employee Provident Fund Registration Certificate and a copy of the challan for the payment of Employee Provident Fund contribution for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25.

Bidders/Organizations to submit the ESI Registration Certificate and a copy of the challan for the payment of ESI contribution for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25.

Bidders/Organizations to submit a certificate of GST registration and a copy of GST clearance for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25 or a copy of GST-3B. And provide a copy of PAN card

Bidders/Organizations to submit a certificate of professional tax registration and a certificate/challan of contribution paid by the professional tax for the previous financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25

Bidders/Organizations to submit a certificate of income tax paid for the previous 3 financial years i.e. 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25. (ITR-5).

The bidders/organizations should attach 2024-25 audit reports (Profit & Loss A/c/Income & Expenditure and Balance sheet) for the financial year 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25 for the last 3 years.

The bidders/organizations should attach details of minimum turnover of Rs. 20 lakhs in each financial year for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25 (Copies attested by the CA and must have UDI number).

Bidders/organizations should submit a private security service license registration certificate obtained from the police department.

Bidders/organizations should submit a document (RTGS, NEFT & Office letter) for the last 3 months regarding the timely payment of wages to the employees appointed by their organization in the past.

Bidders/organizations should submit a commercial/trade license registration certificate obtained from the local bodies for the year 2024-25. (By BBMP/CMC/TMC/Gram Panchayat)

Bidders/Organizations Bidders should submit a banker's cheque of Rs. 1,00,000/-(Rs. One Lakh) drawn on a Nationalized Bank in the name of Deputy Director (Administration), Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services Department, Chikkaballapur.

Bidders/Organizations should submit self-attested copies of all documents submitted along with the tender application. The tenderers should affix their own seal and signature on all the documents of the tender.

Blacklisted organizations will not be allowed to participate in the tender and a copy of e-stamp (Rs. 100/-) certified by a notary about not being included in the blacklist should be submitted (Deputy Director (Administration), Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services Department, Chikkaballapur) Veterinary Services Department, Chikkaballapur shall be the organization participating in the tender as the first party and the second party).
