2. Safety & custody of all inventory and maintaining/updating inventory records;
3. Preparation of tea and meals for visitors (to be charged from visitors) as and when required and washing/ cleaning of kitchen crockery and utensils;
4. Changing and washing of soiled bed sheets, pillow cover, towels, soaps etc. as per requirements, but at least on every change of occupancy, dry cleaning of blankets every alternate month, washing of curtains once in 03 (three) months,
5. Maintaining of park/ plant-pots etc. in the inspection quarter as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
6. General upkeep, day-to-day cleaning/ dusting of furniture, windows, curtains etc.; cleaning/ mopping of floors, bathrooms/ toilets/ washbasins/ Toilet seats, cleaning of utensils, including all other duties of caretaking assigned from time to time all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: Consumable like detergents/ floor cleaners/disinfectants/ soap/ duster/broom/ WC cleaner & brushes/ liquid hand wash on washbasin/ Cost of cooking gas refilling etc. and cleaning charges for curtains/bedding/ blankets etc. shall be borne by the agency.
