Excavation of earth for drain in soil mixed with shingle ,bajri, and boulder strata lift up to 1.5 m. lead up to 30m. Including reffiling, watering, remaining lf excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour T&P etc. all complete.

PCC with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :(1 cement: 4 fine sand) sqm

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs balconies shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands,etc.above plinth level up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3

TMT steel work in RCC work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work including supply of steel and wastage etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,roping and removal of forms

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span including the cost of required centering shuttering but excluding the cost of reinforcement 1:1.5:3 for pre cast cover

Dismantling of c.c road for construction of drain

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (in cement mortar)

Reinstatement of damaged road between road and out side wall of drain

Providing and fixing of MS steel grating of having size as per width of drain with openable frame fixed in outer and inner frame

Supply and Lowering in trenches, aligning, laying & jointing of RCC pipes NP3 class (with s/s ends) as per IS: 458 - 1988 (Amended up to date) with Rubber gaskets (EPDM/SBR) including cost of all jointing materials, testing, commissioning etc, complete as per specifications and/or as directed by Engineer. etc. jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.

Providing laying and jointing of foiiowing dia sewer pipe line ( as per IS 3589 ) by trenchless technology ( auger boring machine)including survey of under ground utility and accordingngly preparation of design and drowing for laying of pipe line ,contruction thrust and receiving pit of required size and required depth including sheeting, struttering as where ever required, construction of thrust block required for pushing the pipe including excavation, dewatering, back filling of pit, cutting of bituminous surface, WBM/CC road if any and disposal of surplus earth and rubbish as directed by engineer in charge. Pipe should be polyurethene (PU) coated inside and bitumen anti corrosive coated outside and laying at a required depth and in subsoil condition and true to alignment and gradient required as per direction of engineer in charge for complition of work.

Reinstatement & shifting of domestic household water connection up to15-20 mm dia

Reinstatement & shifting of domestic Sewer connection up to 150 mm dia

Cleaning of Existing drain including dewatering of waste water, barricading of trenches etc for complition of work.
