M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases)complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to Fe -410W (gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, on an colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof fixes with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hard-core of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick incl well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete around the Machine pressed precast concrete paver block or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti corrosive Epoxy paint over a coat of Epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10-12mm thick heavy duty parking tiles, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm width 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in surface channels and drains finished surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, bed plates and chamfered angles and throating etc complete

M& L for rendering 8 mm thick in CM 1:4 with and incl approved water proofing compound (dosage as per manufacturers instruction) over backing coat of 12 mm thick in CM 1:6 surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work (Fe-290 grade E-165) as in doors, grill or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

Returning/filling in layers and ramming in layers around pile cap, plinth beam etc using excavated soil incl spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers not less than 25cm thick. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new external plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof (antifungal) paint over a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Application of paint and primer shall be as per manufacturer's instruction. The quoted rate shall include cost of scaffolding as required.

M&L for 15-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, of any situations complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw including PVC junction box complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm with saddles, insulators and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors on walls/above ground complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm as earth lead 7.5 mtrs by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and indicated including testing on completion complete. Note : The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complete earth work in any type of soil. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 for chamber,RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for cover slab 50 mm thick, reinforcement 8 mm CTD bars @ 100 mm c/c both way, necessary form work, handle, charcoal dust 20mm dia GI med grade for watering and 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipes with funnel and wire mesh including taking down existing old earthing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
