Earth work in excavation by mechnical means (Hydraulic Excavator) over area (exceeding 30cm in depth ,1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to any lead and lift up to 1.5 mtrs as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (in all kinds of soil) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work including chiseling/wedging work in dry or saturated conditions up to any depth including stacking the excavated soil serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil, unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads & lifts and disposed materials to be neatly leveled.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 Graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing & laying Ist .class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks In super-structure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing & laying Ist .class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks In super-structure above plinth level up to all floor level in Square and rectangular pillers with cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying upto first floor two level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in String courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain windows sills and the like including mechanical mixer including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying 15mm.cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm.in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement : 6sand) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/ asbestos cement/ plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts. (Nerolac/Asian 1st quality make )

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and othermetal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With Enamel paint other than white including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.(Nerolac/Asian 1st quality make)

Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts. (Amba/kamdhenu/Jai Bharat make)

In single stanchions composed of rolled steel joists or angles or channel with caps,bases ,splices,angles bracketsgratings, frame guards etc

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces withenamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters With white enamel paint other than white(Asian / Nerolac make 1st quality ) including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-I) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails,straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire,staples or Steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately).including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Independent piers, columns and pillars upto floor two level including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts (Nerolac/Asian 1st quality make)
