Repairing of VT pump having Q=1400 & H=20 M, Make:Wilo mather & Platt .

Loading-unloading and transportation charges for both way ( from the pump floor to workshop and back to pump house ) of all the necessary pump components such as impeller, pump shafts, sleeves, bushes etc, which have already been lifted and dismantled before as required by the existing agency under the scope of ongoing Operation and maintenance, as per the direction of E.I.C.

Repairing & overhauling of pump by dismantling all the pump components part by part for detection of fault, throughout inspection and checking for finding out all the damaged spare parts. Rectification / replacement of spare parts as necessary as per the direction of E.I.C. The details of the works are as follows:

Thorough inspection of each pump components with the help of pump experts by dismantling all individual spare parts safely such as thrust bearing , sleeves, bush, impeller assembly etc using hydraulic press and other required tools & tackles with the help of pump expert mechanic , removal of grease and other foreign particles from each parts with jute, emery paper and other necessary materials.

Replacement of cutlass bush S.S 304 ( L-145 mm, O.D-110 mm, I.D-95 mm )

Replacement of S.S 304 Gland sleeve ( L-160 mm, O.D-90 mm, I.D-60mm)

Replacement of S.S 304 Shaft sleeve ( L-120 mm, O.D-60 mm, I.D-48mm)

Replacement of Gland packing ring

Replacement of Gland packing cover (C.I)

Replacement of Spherical Thrust Roller Bearing Bearing No.29318 E.(Make:SKF / FAG)

Replacement of S.S mesh suction strainer

Replacement of shaft key

Replacement of rubber bush for universal coupling

Balancing of the Impeller & shaft assembly

Fitting charge for all the replaceable spare parts

Painting charge for whole pump unit along with column pipes and other components.

Repairing of the TBH unit.

Repairing of Valves

Repairing & servicing of 700 mm common delivery BFV of by removing it from delivery pipe line after disconnecting actuator & gear box assembly from it and fixing a short piece of required size in between pipe flange, conducting necessary inspection & checking thoroughly after cleaning ,rectification / replacement of necessary spare parts as required & re-installing it to its original position by supplying new gaskets & fasteners as required, mounting gear box & actuator assembly all complete as per the direction of E.I.C

Repairing & servicing of 500 mm individual BFV of pump no. 1 by removing it from individual delivery pipe line after disconnecting the actuator & gear box assembly from it and isolating the pipe properly from common delivery with the help a blank flange, conducting necessary inspection & checking thoroughly after cleaning ,rectification / replacement of necessary spare parts as required & re-installing it to its original position after removal of the blank flange by supplying new gaskets & fasteners as required, mounting gear box & actuator assembly all complete as per the direction of E.I.C

Repairing & servicing of 500 mm NRV of pump no. 1 by removing it from delivery pipe line after isolating the individual outlet properly from common delivery with the help a blank flange, conducting necessary inspection & checking thoroughly, rectification / replacement of necessary spare parts, hydraulic cylinder ram, water seal etc. as required & re-installing it to its original position after removal of the blank flange by supplying new gaskets & fasteners as required and as per the direction of E.I.C

Supply, delivery of Blank flange at site for individual pipe line as per IS 1538 drilling standard and having flange thickness as required and keeping it safely at the pump house for future use as per the direction of E.I.C

Dismantling of Electrical actuator & gear box, repairing of shaft seal, replacement of quarter turn & worm gear, reassembly of whole set up & limit setup of actuator of Butterfly valve as required and as per the direction of E.I.C.

Supply, delivery of DN 700 short piece pipe ( thickness: 10 mm) at site with both end flange for using it at the place of common BFV while the BFV is under repairing & maintenance, and keeping it safely at the pump house for future use as per the direction of E.I.C.( LOF: 430mm approx., flange dimensions : as per EN 1092-2)

Replacement of damaged capacitors by new SquareCap EHDLL 525V 50Hz 3Ph capacitors of following sizes as per the direction of the EIC.
