Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M& L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of any width or girth applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for demolition / dismantling surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and to expose the original concrete roof and providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane with 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven fabric polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm incl applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm all as specified and applying one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 or equivalent over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm including Solar reflective Bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg /sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surface with integral water proofing compound including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only of integral water proofing compound (ISI grade only )of approved make all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement mortar fillets of 40mm wide and 20mm thick for laying mangalore pattern tiles on roof in CM 1:4 in repairs including taking down fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint over MP Tile surface including the preparation and priming coat of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M/L 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat for receiving finishes as skirting /dado all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles(300x200)x7 / 350x250x7 mm thick in vertical surface as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

S & F Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white,excluding flushing cistern and fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
