Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design ( Apex ultima ) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces ( two coats ) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. i/c sand papering smooth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in charge. (a) Sal wood.
