Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing windows & ventilators fabricated from Rolled Formed GI Section made of Galvanised steel colour coated(PPGI Sheets) (Base steel as per IS 513 ‘’D’’ quality. Galvanised as per IS 277 with Zinc of 90 Gsm/SqMt w. PAINT: Pre-Painted sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60 microns thick.GI Section of 0.58mm thick in Double rebate windows in which both glazed shutter and flymesh shutter, 74 X 60mm outer frame , Mullion 72 x 49mm, Glazed shutter 48 x 22mm, Flymesh 41 x 22mm, Beading with round ends for Glass Fixing 12 x 12mm in fixed portion and the outer frame and mullions to have rebate for glazed/gauzed shutters the sections cut to length metre joined with corner PolyVinylChloride brackets centre mullion fixed with PolyVinylChloride Mullion caps . Glass of 4mm thick plain float glass fitted with Ethylene Propylene Diamine Monomer in glazed shutter and wiremesh of Stainless steel of 36 guage to fix mesh in mesh shutter using VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws and Spoon profile of 0.58mm GI Sheet. Corners of the windows should be joined with corner brackets made of polyvinylchloride with crca of zinc phosphate coat.Each glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter shall be provided with SS Pivot Hinges 2 in each, PolyVinylChloride handle 1 in each and Powder coated Peg stay in Glass shutter.Window shall be provided with Powder coated MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 10mm MS Sq Bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS Flat with countersunk holes at both vertical ends . Gap between the bars should not be more than 150mm . Window frames shall be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self expension caps & 75/100 mm MS screws after drilling in walls. VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws should be used while fixng corner brackets,stay,hinges,mullion caps of windows.

S & F 100mm x 65 mm single rebate factory made 100 % solid WPC door frame made from 100 % lead free( single extruted process) material with density 780 kg/cbm and manufactured by an ISO 9001-2016 certified compony all as per spesification.The door from should be water proof, termite proof,fire resistant and having exellent screw holding capacity including holdfast and pcc to fixed in wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 125mm x 65 mm single rebate factory made 100 % solid WPC door frame made from 100 % lead free( single extruted process) material with density 780 kg/cbm and manufactured by an ISO 9001-2016 certified compony all as per spesification.The door from should be water proof, termite proof,fire resistant and having exellent screw holding capacity including holdfast and pcc to fixed in wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately.

M&L for 30mm thick factory made solid WPC (wood plastic composit) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texteure, including stainless steel wire mesh shall be fixed with 15 x15 mm square tube in side rails with screwing 8 x 28 heat metal zink coated screw can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh, when needed. The density of the shall be as per manufacture instruction compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth of size 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Butt hinges, 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled SS steel, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of size 150mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 300mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones glazed with oil putty fixed with beads or in wooden shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 03 mm thick glass sheet , ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads not exceeding 0.5 square metre in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces brick/stone or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on stone masonry surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of Acrylic exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of suitable primer and applying two coat of JK/Birla wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper Acrylic Emulsion after applying wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and painted with two coats of oil bound distemper incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre polished 18-20mm thick Granite slab white and black table rubbed in cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match incl rounded exposed edge complete all as specified and including directed.over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
