Sch "A" Part I (STEEL FURNITURE) Removing old Worn out parts of Almirah medium steel with shelves (FD-1032) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Shutter (Single Leaf)

Chromium Plate handle

Locking device

Lock with duplicate Key

Cleat of angle iron for fixing of shelves

Shelves made out of 1 mm thick PBI Sheet

Removing old Worn out parts of Almirah Large steel with shelves (FD-1031) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Shutter (Single Leaf)

Chromium Plate handle

Locking device

Lock with duplicate Key

Cleat of angle iron for fixing of shelves

Shelves made out of 1 mm thick PBI Sheet

Removing old Worn out parts of Chair CB Steel without Arms (FD-75M) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

MS flat Iron Cleat

Repair to Chair frame tube area not exceeding 30 cm

Seat frame duly canned as per Godrej Pattern, Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4 mm thick.

Back rest duly canned as per Godrej pattern, cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick

Hard rubber shoes ( set of 4 Nos) at bottom

Hard rubber cap (Set of 2 Nos) at top

Removing old Worn out parts of Chair CB Steel with Arms (FD-75M) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

MS flat Iron Cleat

Repair to Chair frame by cutting and welding with proper size MS tube of length not exceeding 10 cm

Seat frame duly canned as per Godrej pattern, Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4 mm thick.

Back rest duly canned as per Godrej pattern, cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick

Arm Rest of size 420x50x20 mm

Hard rubber shoes (Set of 4 Nos) at bottom

Hard rubber cap (Set of 2 Nos) at top

Removing old Worn out parts of Chair Varandah (FD-256) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Repair to Chair frame /back frame by cutting and welding not exceeding 20 cm long.

Hard rubber shoe (Set of 4 Nos) at bottom

Scraping cleaning and painting with Synthetic Enamel white paint

Removing of Old worn out unserviceable cane and replace the same with new plastic cane of 4 mm to 4.5 wide half round 0.5 thick for caning. Caning shall be done as per "Godrej Patern

10 mm MS round bar rod duly welded as per drg

Removing old Worn out parts of Table Dining OR (FD-165(M)) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Leg/frame 25 mm Sq tube upto 100 cm

Hard rubber shoes at bottom (set of 4 Nos)

Table top of size 1900mm x 685 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (one side decorated face and other side balancing white).Rest all as shown on drg.

Removing old Worn out parts of Table Office Clerk Steel (FD-84(M) & FD-1004) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Chromium plated D handle

Lock for drawer and shutter with duplicate Keys

Drawer of 1 mm thick PBI Sheet

Repair to side of drawer including angle channel and locking device

Hard rubber shoes (Set of 4 Nos) at bottom of each table.

Table top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (one side teak face and other side balancing white).Rest all as shown on drg.

Lock for drawer and shutter with duplicate Key

Drawer of 1 mm thick PBI Sheet

Repair to side of drawer including angle channel and locking device

Removing old Worn out parts of Table bed side Steel (FD-133(M) & FD-157(M)) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Legs 25 Sq mm tube upto 20 cm

Fixing of old serviceable shutter with fixing hinges

Replacement of unserviceable Shutter

Repair of bottom side/ back/ top of cabinet

Table top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (both side balancing white).Rest all as shown on drg.

Repainting with Synthetic Enamel paint white after removal of existing paint after preparation of smooth surface.

Removing old Worn out parts of Rack Steel 6 tier/Rack adjustable steel 6 tier (FD-106(M) & FD-1038) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Repair to frame with proper size of MS angle iron length not execeding 10 cm including welding

Top, Bottom & Shelves with 1 mm thick PBI sheet

Removing old Worn out parts of Table typist steel (FD-84(M) & FD-1006) and replacing the same with new one and making smooth surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade after a coat of red oxide zinc primer for the following steel furniture as specified on drawing and as directed:-

Chromium plated D handle

Lock for drawer and shutter with duplicate Key

Drawer of 1 mm thick PBI Sheet

Repair to side of drawer including angle channel and locking device
