Notes applicable to Sl item Nos 2.00 to 19.05 :- (a) Removal of following existing unserviceable wooden components of various furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F of new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightning the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing, providing hinges, placing every part intact the disturbed portion as applicable as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) The timber shall be of 1st class seasoned hardwood teak.

Note: Cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs. 400/- per RM (Make DCM/ Reliance/ S Kumar or equivalent) and shall be as per sample approved by GE. The sample of cloth is kept with BSO GE (East) Bareilly.

(h) M&L for providing new tapestry cloth cover for cushion of approved shade & quality as per sample approved by GE to cover the foam of appropriate size and dismantling of old one. Note: Cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs. 400/- per RM (Make DCM/ Reliance/ S Kumar or equivalent) and shall be as per sample approved by GE. The sample of cloth is kept with BSO GE (East) Bareilly.

(b) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units at OTM/MD Accns under the jurisdiction of GE (East) Bareilly including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
