Dismantling PVC sheet/ flooring including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for wooden coloured interlocking tiles 1215x168x8mm thick rectangular in floor /dado laid in over edsiting floor with foam sheet of approved best quality incld joints /end covering strip of make Kajaria Action complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

M&L for preparaton of new wooden surfaces including grinding with drum sanding machine ,filling surface with a coat of wood filler and applying two or more coats of French polish complete all as specified

M&L for synthetic wooven flooring carpet weight 1.5kg/sqm fixed with approved rubber base adhesive as in floorscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :BAJAJ/Unitex Carpet/Responsive Industries Ltd.

All as per ser Item No 4 but on skirting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces for laying of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 300X450X7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados, risers etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rect) area of each tiles exc .11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx 20cm x 25mm with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles light coloured 10mm thick, polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floor, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6,incld demolitions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper(white or tinted) over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of distemper : Asian or equivalent)

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent)

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F in repairs 4.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc. 0.5sq.m in each pane including hacking out from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified.

S & F, Solid PVC door frame factory made of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet single side prelaminated & edges will be painted to match, reinforced with MS Square tube jointed, supplying and fixing in opening complete.

S&F, Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
