Providing Mural arts decorative theme on walls for giving goof visual feel to the visitors tourists etc., including overall cleening of surface of walls painting one primary coat of acrilic emulsion medium of dust proof primer and two coats of emulsion medium of APEX dust proof exterior paintings as per the directions of concerned officials of MCT and as per approved design etc., cost including all materials tools artists/painter charges scaffolding etc., and conveyance of all materials to site complete as directed by the depatmental authorities.

Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or plaster of paris putty or lime punning of average 1 to 2 nim thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife/ muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for External walls (Amendment issued in 11-12 SSR)
